I started Corey’s Chocolate in 2017 with a simple mission: Spread joy through chocolate. I’ve traveled the world curating the best chocolatiering secrets to bring you my innovative signature products. All my chocolate is made with love in small batches in Estes Park, CO—the heart of the Rocky Mountains. And the cacao I use is fair-trade & ethically sourced from a farm in Vietnam, where workers are fairly treated, well compensated and able to handpick every cacao pod with love.
When I’m not in the chocolate lab you can find me climbing mountains, wandering through Rocky Mountain National Park, or soaking in one of the many Colorado hot springs.
