While the evening highlights the richness of local ingredients and the creativity of our chefs, it also brings to light the importance of food choices for those managing chronic health conditions, such as diabetes. During the dinner, informational cards will identify ingredients and note suitability for guests managing conditions like diabetes, helping them make informed choices without compromising experience. Conversations with participating nutritionists and chefs will touch on how thoughtful sourcing and preparation can support better health outcomes. These efforts are part of a broader dialogue around wellness, which includes awareness of both dietary habits and medical support.
