Return Policy: Refunds of the merchandise value or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt and must be returned in unused and undamaged condition in the original packaging. Items originally shipped by freight will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the total purchase price. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees regardless of delivery type. These variations are not considered damage or defects. Damage Policy: Upon receipt, please inspect your package and notify us of any damage immediately. All claims must be reported no later than seven 7 days from the date of delivery of any damage or defects, shortage, or any other non-conformity with the original order. After this seven 7 day period, Alpine Wine Design has no obligation to remedy any damage, defects, shortage, or non-conformity with the original order.
