COVID-19 Updates

Vail Farmers’ Market COVID-19 protocols

Social Distancing: All vendors and visitors to the market must maintain a social distance of at least 6 feet between one another when possible.  Vendors, please stay behind your tables, do not touch credit cards, and clean styluses after every use.  Every Vendor will have a hand sanitizing station in front of their booth.  Please use hand sanitizer before you enter their booth and follow their guidelines of a max of two guests in a booth at one time.

Enhanced Protective Measures: We will require mandatory face coverings for Vendors and Strongly Advise them for Guests, with the addition of hand-sanitizing stations. Facial masks are required to shop inside a tent.

Hand Washing: Please wash your hands frequently.  The market will have 10 hand sanitizing stations placed throughout the market.

Do Not Eat or Drink in the Market: Please move to appropriate physically distanced areas outside the perimeter of the market to enjoy your food or drink. There are amazing areas to eat and drink around Vail; please enjoy your food outside of the market.

Limit Items Touched:  Gloves are highly recommended. Please use and dispose in public garbages throughout the market. We will not ask our vendors to take your gloves. For your safety and the safety of others, if you touch an item, plan on purchasing it.

Pets: While we love pets, this year we highly recommend you keep your dogs at home.  Please avoid petting and touching other people’s dogs.

If you are sick: Please stay home!!!  We will work on providing delivery to those who cannot attend the market.

The risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By visiting the Vail Farmers’ Market & Art Show, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Thank you for your understanding!  We will update you as protocols change, depending on governmental rules, local regulations, and the safety of the general public.
